Giles Stelfox is a singer-songwriter from the UK. His music is self described as a 'big modern pop and rock with a modern darker edge', with inspiration from a number of artists and bands including Coldplay, The 1975, Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds, Nothing But Thieves, London Grammar and Amber Run. Giles brings his past experiences and battles to the forefront in his music, turned around in a positive way, that is relatable and up-lifting. Live he is a charismatic performer, who has the ability to grasp the attention of a crowd with his energy and virtuosic playing of all his instruments. Making his debut with the first single 'Time' in June of 2018, he has since proved his songwriting craft and performance by releasing 4 other singles. His latest single for 2019, 'Heart You Hide' is out now!
Giles originally started off as a professional producer, and session musician in 2015, working with many artists and styles in the studio and live. However, in 2017 Giles decided to go solo. Giles plays all the instruments in the studio, writes all the music, and co-produces his records alongside acclaimed producers. Live, Giles has both full band and solo show setups, taking inspiration from artists such as Jack Garratt and Mike Shinoda encompassing multiple instruments and looping into their sets. He has played and produced for other artists for many years, but now he is going solo with a new direction, energy and new music.

"While he's a name that has yet to cross a lot of minds, Giles Stelfox has a lot of credits to his relatively young music career. Having primarily focused as a recording engineer, producer and freelance live musician for a variety of unsigned acts - The Science of the Lamps, Tilly Valentine and Chinchilla amongst others - until now he has turned his multi-instrumentalist talents into a debut solo release, 'Time'. And it's an impressive one: a soft pop number clocking in at just under five minutes, with components that hint at both smooth ambient electronica and jazzy prog rock. It's catchy, well thought out, sophisticated and well worth a listen."
